A Pennsylvania Brokerage Cuts Ties With Zillow

This just in from Inman News, “one of Pennsylvania’s biggest brokerages, Northwood Realty Services, has pulled about 2,700 listings from Zillow, citing concerns over the accuracy of Zillow’s automated valuations and with listing data displayed on the site.” And Northwood isn’t the only one, as more associations are expected to follow. This is particularly interesting news considering Zillow’s recent acquisition of Trulia, expected to close next year and we'll definitely be watching to see how other brokerages, particularly those in the Pennsylvania area, react to Northwood's decision.
